Michal´s journey diary

1.Day Sunday

I woke up at 4pm. I ate something and brushed my teeth, then i checked my bags if I really have everything. Then I with my parents went to meeting place near our school. When we arrived, the teachers were already waiting for us. We had to wait for Tomas, because he was a bit late. When he arrived we put our laggage to microbus, said bye to our parents and then we sat to microbus and went to Budapest airport. The journey to the airport lasted a few hours. When we arrived at the airport, we went through check-in, got our boarding passes and we waited for our plane. I was little nervous, because I have never flown before. When we boarded our plane, we found our seats, and sat there. I was really nervous, I was little scared but when the plane took off I was ok because i realized it is nothing bad. We flew 2 hours to Italy, to city called Bari. When we arrived, our guest familly waited for us. We introduced ourselfs to them, put our luggage inside the car and went to our new home to another city. When we went through the city, I was confused. That city was like labyrinth. After 30 min. we arrived to house of Maria. We put our luggage to room, ate something and we went to meet Maria friends. We arrived home at about midnight and we fell asleep immediately.

2.Day Monday

We woke up at 7pm. Maria told us that we were late. In speed we ate something, brushed teeth, and then we went to meet her friend Jane. We introduced to her and then we went to bus stop. The bus arrived at 7:45, we bought tickets and we sat. When we arrived to school, that school looked like really old building but when we entered it looked really good. When we met with other teachers, we went to other building to did some activities. It was funny. After the activities we went to visit some historical building like church. But before visiting the church, we had a meeting with mayor of the city. After visit of church, we went to a restaurant to taste some pizza. Pizza was delicious. Then we went back to home by car.

3.Day Tuesday

We again woke up late. We ate something and then went to bathroom. When we were ready, we went to school. They told us we are going to Basilica di Santa Croce – Leece to visit some churches. We were bored.. We took lots of photos and then we had free time. We visited some places like restaurants, shops and of course I bought some magnets. After free time we went back to home.

4.Day Wednesday

Today we had some presentations about their school, where is what, how thing are going. After the presentations we went to art room where we made models of our hands. Then we had again coffee time, we ate some Italian specialities. After coffee time we went to meet some new friends and then back to home by bus.

1. Day Thursday

This was last day for us in Italy. We thought that we would stay there until Saturday, but something changed with our flight. We went to Albertobello, which is really beautiful city. We took again lots of photos and then we moved to other city : Polignano a mare to visit beautiful Adriatic coast. We returned from trip at 9:00pm and we straight went to sleep.
