Zuzana’s journey diary

Sunday:

It´s Sunday 3.15 a.m. We left our city, we went to the airport of Vienna. Our plane took off about 8.00 a.m. We arrived in Spain at about 10.30 a.m. The town was called Malaga. Very beautiful and magical city. Mlaga has very beautiful nature and architecture. We went by train from Malaga to Cordoba. We travelled by train Renfe. In Cordoba it all started. At the station families were waiting for us. We welcomed together. And we went to the village called Villaviciosa de Cordoba. At home, we unpacked our suitcases and we went out with our new Spanish friends. In the evening we went to bed and lookeked forward to the next day.

Monday

Next day we went to school in Villaviciosa. This school is called I.E.S La Escribana. La Escribana is compared to our school modern and small. Later we went to the courthouse. There, we talked about our town and our school. We learned something about the cultures of other countries. We moved to the school. In their school we had prepared lunch. Later, we went into the factory producting olive oil. We saw oil production. Then we went for a walk around the village and we visited a small tavern. Later we went to the town hall, where the Mayor talked about their village. After dinner we went out with our friends from Spain, Italy, Bulgaria, Poland, Turkey, Greece and Slovakia.

Tuesday

On Tuesday we visited the town called Cordoba. The journey from village takes about 1 hour. First we visited Mezquita-catedral de Córdoba. We saw very beautiful historical monuments. Later we went to Jewish Quarter. I loved these historical monuments. In Cordoba we had lunch and moved to the Jardines del Alcázar. In Alcázar are so awesome monuments, nature, in fact absolutely everything.I loved this place, because in Slovakia there aren´t such  monuments. The view from tower in Alcázar is very beautiful, I recommend it to all people. In the evening we returned back home.

Wednesday

On Wednsday we went to Sevilla. This town is very historical. First we visited Palce Gardens, where was a beautiful park. From there we went to the Real Alcazar Sevilla. On the square in Sevilla we bought some souvenirs. We had lunch and tasted Spanish food.

Thursday

On this day we went for a walk over nature in Villaviciosa. In this village is very beautiful nature. We had a nice weather, warm weather compared to Slovakia. Tired after a walk we went to school. In their school we had lunch. It was traditional Spanish food Paela. I love this food so much. I tasted it. In school we passed the song. Later we moved to the courthouse, where we talked about photo we choose as the most interesting. We talked about differences in the countries and about overall feelings in Spain. I love this country, because people are here very friendly and full of positive energy.

Friday

This day was very sad for us. We had to go home. I don´t like saying goodbye. Early in the morning we went to the station in Cordoba. There we said goodbye for the last time. I will miss my family, friends and this country. I have many nice memories from this trip. Thanks Erasmus+.
